— the product name, preferred strength or format and quantity you ask about
— the emirate where you are located (used to check availability and delivery)
If you contact us by WhatsApp or phone, we also receive the details you choose to share in that conversation.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the website, we and our analytics and advertising partners may collect technical and usage data through cookies, pixels and similar technologies, such as:

— Analytics and advertising partners, such as Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads) and Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram advertising and Meta Pixel). They receive the technical and usage data described in section 3 through cookies and pixels on the website and act under their own privacy policies.
— Authorities, where the law requires it.

6. Transfers outside the UAE
Some of our service providers and partners, including our website platform, our courier partners and our analytics and advertising partners, process data on servers or in facilities outside the UAE. Where this happens we take reasonable steps to ensure your data receives an appropriate level of protection, in line with UAE data protection law.

We keep enquiry and order details for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet our accounting and legal obligations, and no longer than required by law or our legitimate business needs. After that we delete or anonymize them.

The website may link to third-party services such as WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
